Some roasts are for mornings. This one works all day.
The 1,500 farmers of Café Orgánico Marcala have been tending the clay mineral highlands of La Paz, Honduras for generations -- and it shows in every cup. Grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters, fully washed, and sun dried slow on land that knows exactly what it's doing.
Caramel and brown sugar give it a natural sweetness that never tips into cloying. A warm spice runs underneath like a quiet undercurrent. The medium-dark roast pulls it all together into something rich, grounded, and deeply satisfying.
Morning, afternoon, or somewhere in between. This one shows up every time.
