Grown in the misty highlands of Chiapas -- Mexico's most celebrated coffee region -- at elevations between 1,400 and 1,900 meters where cool mountain air slows everything down just enough. Washed clean and roasted to let every layer show up on time.

Bright lemon lifts the cup. A creamy body carries it. Brown sugar and dark chocolate close it out like a drive with no destination and no complaints.
