Sweet, silky, and in absolutely no rush.
This medium roast comes from the cooperative farmers of Norandino -- one of Peru's most respected growing cooperatives -- working clay mineral soils in the highlands of Piura and Amazonas between 1,100 and 1,700 meters. Fully washed and sun dried the slow way, the right way.
The cup opens with bright citrus, settles into a silky sweetness, and lands on a salted caramel finish that makes you put your phone down and just drink your coffee for a minute.
