Still galloping. Just a little quieter after dark.

Same highlands. Same cooperative farmers. Same careful process. Just without the part that keeps you up counting the ceiling tiles at midnight.

The Norandino cooperative farms the clay mineral soils of Piura and Amazonas at elevations between 1,100 and 1,700 meters -- fully washed, sun dried, and decaffeinated the right way using the Swiss Water Process. No chemicals. No shortcuts. No compromises on flavor.

Smooth and caramel-sweet with a gentle citrus brightness that makes it just as good in a mug at 9 PM as it is at 7 AM.

The snail never really stops. It just slows down enough to sleep.
