From cooperative farmers working clay mineral soils in Tanzania's Mbeya region at elevations up to 1,900 meters -- fully washed and raised-bed dried with the kind of care that shows up the moment you open the bag. Medium-light roasted to let every delicate note breathe.
Pear and strawberry bring a soft, fruit-forward sweetness. Jasmine weaves through the cup like it belongs there. Floral, clean, and lighter than air.
The Galloping Snail never said fast was better. Sometimes the best cup is the one you barely have to hurry through.
